Flexible CIGS Large-Area Module Achieves 18.16% Efficiency, Setting New Global Record for Scaled Production
本次测试组件系公司稳定量产的标准商业化产品，其封装严格遵循25年功率质保要求。为准确评估产线基准能力，组件未采用抗反射层（AR），并特意剥离了实验室高效工艺的影响。据此，测试结果有效印证了现有产线在常规工艺下的可靠效率水平。
此次效率突破，是公司在完成 150MW 生产线整合后的首次发布。整合后的产线在工艺协同、技术优化与品质一致性上均取得显著提升，为柔性CIGS技术的规模化推广奠定了坚实基础。
The tested module is a standard commercial product from our mass-production line, with encapsulation compliant with 25-year power warranty requirements. No anti-reflection coating or laboratory-enhanced processes were applied, ensuring the results accurately reflect the baseline efficiency of the current production line.
This efficiency breakthrough represents Sun Harmonics’ first official release following the integration of its 150 MW production line. The upgraded line has achieved significant improvements in process synergy, technology optimization, and quality consistency, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale deployment of flexible CIGS technology.
